This page explains what personal information nitinfiniti collects when you use nitinfiniti.com, book a consultation, buy a book, hire us for a project or subscribe to the journal, and how that information is used and protected.
1. Who we are
nitinfiniti is operated by Nitin Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as nitinfiniti, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“nitinfiniti”, “we”, “us”). We build websites and systems for coaches and healers from India. For any privacy question, write to nitin@nitinfiniti.com.
2. Information we collect
- Booking details you enter in our booking calendar (run by DaySchedule) or send us on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, your Razorpay payment ID, anything you tell us about your work, and the date and time you choose.
- Payment details. Payments for consultations, books and projects are taken by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) on Razorpay’s own pages. We receive the payment status, amount, payment ID and the name, email and phone you give Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking password.
- Journal subscription: the email address you enter in the subscribe form.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, and anything you share during a project (content, photos, account access you choose to give).
- Technical data: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time). Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
- Analytics and cookies: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and actions such as opening the payment page, a completed consultation payment (with its Razorpay payment ID, so a payment is counted once), subscribing or clicking WhatsApp. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as
_ga) that last up to 2 years, and Google receives your IP address and device information. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the site keeps working without them. - Your browser’s local and session storage keeps your light/dark theme choice and notes that a payment was already counted, so it is not counted twice. This stays on your device.
3. How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and hold your consultation, and to contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To deliver books and project work you have paid for, and to issue invoices and receipts.
- To send the journal essay to subscribers (you can stop any time by replying to a letter or writing to us).
- To keep accounts and records required by Indian tax and other laws.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Lawful basis and consent
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, make a payment or subscribe, and for the legitimate purposes of providing the service you asked for, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this will not affect anything already done and may mean we cannot continue a booking or project.
5. Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments (see Razorpay’s privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy).
- Hostinger, our website and email host, which stores form submissions (such as journal sign-ups) and server logs.
- WhatsApp / Meta and our email provider, when you choose to contact us through them.
- Google, for fonts, Google Analytics, and Google Meet (the consultation video call).
- DaySchedule, our booking calendar, which shows open times, takes your booking details and sends confirmations, calendar invites and cancel/reschedule links.
- Professional advisers (for example, an accountant) and government authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.
6. How long we keep it
Booking, enquiry and project records are kept for 3 years after our last interaction with you, then deleted. Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept by our host for its standard period, usually no more than a few months.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to booking data is limited to nitinfiniti. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable care, as required under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, update or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to nitin@nitinfiniti.com and we will reply within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are meant for adults running a practice or business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Grievance officer
