Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use nitinfiniti.com, book a paid consultation, buy a book, or hire nitinfiniti for a project. By booking or paying, you agree to them.
1. About us
nitinfiniti is operated by Nitin Sharma, sole proprietor, trading as nitinfiniti, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. nitinfiniti is not registered for GST.
2. Services
nitinfiniti offers a paid strategy consultation (₹300) and project packages for websites, funnels, payment and payout setup, and channel support (Foundation, Growth System and Creative Partnership). Prices on the site are starting points. The exact scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and fee for a project are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough) after the consultation, and that written scope forms part of these terms.
3. Consultations
- You pay the ₹300 fee on our Razorpay payment page, then pick a time in our booking calendar (DaySchedule) and enter your Razorpay payment ID. You can also arrange a booking on WhatsApp. A booking stands only if it matches a received ₹300 payment; bookings without a matching payment may be cancelled.
- Calls run 30 minutes on Google Meet, Monday to Friday, with start times from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If Google Meet does not work for you, we can switch to a phone or WhatsApp call.
- Rescheduling, cancellation and no-shows are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The consultation is advice and planning. It does not include build work unless a project is agreed.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). nitinfiniti is not registered for GST, so prices are not subject to GST and no GST is charged.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods Razorpay offers). Razorpay’s own terms also apply to the payment.
- Project fees are paid in the instalments set out in the written scope: an advance to start work, then the balance against agreed milestones. Everything is paid before the site goes live. Work starts after the advance is received.
5. Your responsibilities
- You provide the core words, photos and brand material, and confirm you have the right to use them.
- You give timely feedback and any account access needed (hosting, domain, payment gateway, social channels). You remain the owner of those accounts.
- You are responsible for your own professional, medical, therapeutic or regulatory claims made on your website.
6. Ownership of work
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design files made for you. nitinfiniti keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, code snippets and know-how, and grants you a non-exclusive, permanent licence to use them as part of your site. nitinfiniti may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Books
Books in the Library are digital copies for your personal use. After you pay, email nitin@nitinfiniti.com with the book title and the copy is sent to you. Please do not share or resell the files.
8. Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party platforms (hosting, Razorpay, WhatsApp, Google, scheduling tools, social networks). nitinfiniti is not responsible for their outages, fees, policy changes or account decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
nitinfiniti provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, nitinfiniti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or lost bookings), and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Grievances
Complaints can be raised with our grievance officer, whose details are in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking, for at least 30 days. If that fails, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission under Indian law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking or payment applies to it.
